W. Dudley McCarter and Anthony R. Behr 

Congratulations to W. Dudley McCarter (above, left) and Anthony R. Behr (above, right) on being listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010, Dudley in the Commercial Litigation category and Tony in the Medical Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Product Liability Litigation and Commercial Litigation categories.  Tony is one of only four St. Louis attorneys listed in these categories. 

Dudley is a Past-President of both The Missouri Bar and St. Louis County Bar Association and was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of St. Louis County in 1983.  He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Knox College and his law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.  Dudley is especially well known in the area of Construction Law.  He and his wife, Beth (also an attorney) have three children, Katherine (21), Libby (19), and Emily (15). 

Tony is a recipient of the prestigious Lon O. Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award.  He is a Past-President of the St. Louis County Bar Association and in 1988 was named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of St. Louis County.  Tony received his Civil Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from St. Louis University.  Tony served a six-year elected term as a Member of the 21st Circuit Judicial Commission (St. Louis County) for the selection of judges.  He and his wife, Maryrose, have seven children:  Christopher (27), Maria (26), Katie (25), Matt (23), Annmarie (21), Josie (19) and Tommy (16).
